Goals

Short Term Goals

My immediate goals pertain to getting securing a good OPT (Optional Practical Training) site or a permanent job at an esteemed organization an prove to be a valuable asset to the team. Doing my best in the kitchen and learning from the experienced individuals and Chefs in the industry and living up to their expectations.

Long Term Goals

In the long run, I believe that working in reputed restaurants in major cities would help me gain a lot of knowledge and exposure and in turn open even more doors in the industry. I have always been a very strong willed and determined learner.

It has also been a dream of mine to travel the world and experience new culinary cultures. . I hope to travel around Europe to learn more about French and Italian cuisine. I believe that good food is a global thing, its got a language of its own. I think getting deeper into a particular cuisine gives me an insight into that particular culture. This will give me a lot of global exposure which will in turn help me tremendously in my career.  I basically want to climb the ladder one step at a time learning along the way. I dream of one day owning my own restaurant and running my own kitchen.
